Tickets for evening summer tours at the Botanic Garden, Zoo and Tingley Beach now available online
ALBUQUERQUE, NM – After the lights go out and the last visitor leaves for the day, the ABQ BioPark is still bustling with life.
Visitors will get a chance to explore the Botanic Garden, Zoo and Tingley Beach with special after-hours tours throughout the summer.
“Our night tours are fun and affordable summer activities geared for adventurers of all ages,” said Cheri Vogel, ABQ BioPark Curator of Education. “Tour participants may search the Bosque wetlands for bats and owls during a walk in the woods, look for night-blooming plants and pollinators at the Botanic Garden or discover the nighttime behavior of Zoo animals.”
Tours start June 13 and will occur throughout June, July and August. For a full schedule, tour descriptions and tickets, go to:   www.abqbiopark.com/evening-programs.
The tours are $15 for adults and $10 for youth and seniors. Children under 3 are free. New Mexico BioPark Society Members receive a 10 percent discount.
Space is limited and pre-registration online is required. No walk-ins will be permitted for sold-out tours. Tours occur rain or shine.
