CULTURE
Dragon Lights Albuquerque will illuminate Expo New Mexico with larger-than-life lantern displays. Each lantern is handcrafted by our team of artisans from Zigong, China, which is regarded as China’s cultural capital for the ancient art of lantern-crafting.
In addition to lanterns, nightly performances, and handicrafts, food, beverages, and merchandise will be available for purchase. Our menu includes a variety of Chinese food, traditional fair food, and assorted beverages.

Please note that we are closed on Mondays. Our beer garden is open from Friday to Sunday.

Chinese Lanterns
This 8-week event will feature 100% new displays with the exception of our signature dragon!
Traditional Handicrafts
Visitors can also enjoy handicraft demonstrations presented by our Chinese artisans. Handicraft demonstrations this year include inner-bottle painting, traditional Chinese calligraphy, and crystal engraving.
Nightly Performances
Our performers have decades of experience and offer a unique glimpse of Chinese stage culture. Some traditional Chinese performance arts featured include face changing, contortion acts, and Chinese Yo-Yo.
